Hot Brandy Toddy

• 1 cube sugar
• 2 ounces brandy
• Lemon peel

1. Put sugar in a mug or small tumbler and add enough water to dissolve.
2. Add the brandy, fill with boiling water, and stir.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.
