Slow-Cooker BBQ Pork Pita Sandwiches

  1. Cut meat into large chunks; place in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cumin; top with onions and bay leaf.
  3. Add orange juice and 3/4 cup barbecue sauce; cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
  5. Remove meat from slow cooker; cut into small pieces or shred with fork.
  6. Place in medium bowl.
  7. Add remaining barbecue sauce and 1 cup of the cooking liquid; mix lightly.
  8. Spoon into pita pockets just before serving.
