Tamatar Ka Shorva

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until onions start to soften.
  4. Add seasonings; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. Stir in broth and tomatoes; cover.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  8. or until slightly thickened.
  9. Remove from heat; use immersion blender to puree soup until smooth.
  10. Return saucepan to medium-low heat.
  11. Add cream cheese product; cook and stir 5 min.
  12. or until cream cheese is completely melted and soup is heated through.
  13. Stir in fresh coriander.
