Beef Stroganoff
- 2 pounds Round Steak
- 2 whole White Onions, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 cubes Beef Bouillon Dissolved In 2 Cups Hot Water
- 1/4 pounds Fresh Mushrooms, Button
- 1/2 pints Sour Cream
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Cut steak into strips.
- Brown onions & meat in oil.
- Mix flour into the meat mixture until it starts to thicken.
- Add the beef bouillon/water mix.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and salt & pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream.
- Serve with egg noodles.
