Cabbage With Coconut Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet & fry mustard seeds till they begin to pop.
  2. Add in chiles, cabbage & turmeric & cook gently for about 5 min.
  3. Cover & cook till the cabbage is tender.
  4. Mix the dry mustard with the water to make a paste.
  5. Add in the paste along with the remaining ingredients to the skillet.
  6. Cook, stirring, till the liquid has almost been absorbed.
  7. Serve with boiled rice or possibly bread.
