White Clam Sauce Recipe
- 1/4 c. pure extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 c. clam juice
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- salt and fresh grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 c. chopped clams (fresh or possibly canned)
- 1 doz. fresh clams
- In frying pan brown garlic in oil for one minute over moderate heat.
- Add in clam juice and bring to boil.
- Add in parsley, salt, pepper, clams and heat through.
- Serve over linguine or possibly spaghetti and garnish with fresh steamed whole clams in shell.
