Bean Muffins

  1. Blend beans, juice, molasses, egg, and vanilla in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add dry ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Fill oiled muffin tins 23 full.
  4. Bake at 350F (180C).
  5. for 25 minutes, or until done.
