Chicken-Parmesan Pasta Toss
- 220 g whole wheat fettuccine, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook 8 min.
- or until done, stirring frequently.
- Add garlic; cook and stir 2 min.
- Stir in tomato paste; cook and stir on medium-high heat 1 min.
- Add tomatoes and dressing; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add sauce; toss to coat.
- Top with cheese.
