Mock-Clear Soup
- 2 out of 3 packets Steamed egg custard
- 1 Dashi stock
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1 Salt
- 1 to garnish Mitsuba
- Put water and dashi stock in a pot and heat.
- Cube the steamed egg custard into small blocks and adjust the taste with usukuchi soy sauce and salt.
- Add mitsuba on top and serve.
