Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cupcakes

  1. Stir flour with 1 cup sugar,
  2. cocoa
  3. and
  4. baking
  5. soda. Mix 1 cup water with vanilla, oil and
  6. vinegar.
  7. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well with
  8. wooden spoon.
  9. Place midget 2-inch baking cups on baking sheet.
  10. Spoon
  11. batter
  12. into
  13. cups and fill only half full.
  14. In small mixing
  15. bowl,
  16. mix egg with cream cheese and remaining sugar until
  17. well blended.
  18. Stir in mini
  19. chocolate chips.
  20. Place
  21. 1
  22. teaspoon
  23. of
  24. cream
  25. cheese mixture in each cup. Bake in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 20 to 23 minutes.
  26. Yields 40 to 42 cupcakes.
