Rib Rub
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup sugar
- 18 cup salt
- 2 tablespoons Emeril's Original Essence
- 1 -2 tablespoon dried ancho chile powder (depending on how much you like)
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Rub on ribs and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning I place them in the crock pot with whatever sauce you like.
- I used a recipe from Food TV for Hot Honeyed Spare ribs.
- YUM!
