PHILLY-3-Step Cappuccino Cheesecake

  1. MIX cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended.
  3. Combine coffee and water; stir into cheese mixture.
  4. POUR into crumb crust.
  5. BAKE at 350F for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with chocolate dipped almonds, if desired.
