PHILLY-3-Step Cappuccino Cheesecake
- 2 pkg (250 g) each Regular or Light Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast granules
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 (9 inch) crust, made with Oreo Baking Crumbs, prepare according to package directions
- chocolate covered almonds (optional)
- MIX cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended.
- Combine coffee and water; stir into cheese mixture.
- POUR into crumb crust.
- BAKE at 350F for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with chocolate dipped almonds, if desired.
