Yummy Caramel Raisin Sticky Rolls

  1. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon together and set aside.
  2. Pour 2 TBS melted butter into bottom of 9 inch round cake pan.
  3. Swirl to coat pan.
  4. Drizzle corn syrup onto the butter, into the pan.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar, raisins and walnuts on top of syrup/butter mixture.
  6. Separate but do not uncoil the breadsticks.
  7. Dip coils into remaining butter and then roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  8. Place coils flat in the pam.
  9. Pour cream/milk over the coils.
  10. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Let pan stand for 3 minutes.
  12. Loosen sides by running a knife around the edge, and invert pan on a warm plate.
