Brie Tart Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Cream whipping
- 1/2 lb Brie ripe rindless
- 2 x Egg beaten
- 1 tsp Ginger grnd
- 1 tsp Sugar powdered
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric grnd Salt Pepper
- 1 x recipe PIE DOUGH
- Make the PIE DOUGH, roll out and place in an 8 inch pie pan; bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 10 min.
- Remove all the rind from the Brie; cube.
- In a double boiler, slowly heat Brie.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients, stirring frequently.
- Pour the cheese mix into the pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
- Serve warm or possibly cool.
