Brie Tart Recipe

  1. Make the PIE DOUGH, roll out and place in an 8 inch pie pan; bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 10 min.
  2. Remove all the rind from the Brie; cube.
  3. In a double boiler, slowly heat Brie.
  4. Add in the rest of the ingredients, stirring frequently.
  5. Pour the cheese mix into the pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm or possibly cool.
