Sonia's Ragu Sauce

  1. I fry bacon in pan in low heat when golden brown set aside
  2. use the grease from bacon to fry ground beef until golden brown
  3. drain excess grease saute carrots celery onion and garlic
  4. add diced tomato and sauce too
  5. add spices and let cook in a low heat for 2 hrs
  6. I use pasta rigatoni you can use any kind you like
  7. as side dish you can use veggies or green salad
  8. I add crused red peppers and cheese on top of sauce delicious;-)
