Chopped Chicken Fattoush Salad
- Citrus Dressing
- 1-1/3 cups KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- Chicken and Vegetable Salad
- 4 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tsp. shawarma seasoning
- 4 each whole wheat pita breads (6 inch)
- 1 qt. romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups red cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups cucumbers, chopped
- 1 cup red peppers, chopped
- 1 cup orange peppers, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1 cup green onions, grilled, chopped
- Citrus Dressing: Whisk ingredients until well blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Chicken and Vegetable Salad: Coat chicken with shawarma seasoning.
- Grill on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min.

- Coarsely chop chicken.
- Brush pita breads with 1/4 cup of the Citrus Dressing (or with 1 Tbsp.

- Grill on medium-high heat 45 sec.

- Coarsely chop bread.
- Combine chicken, chopped bread, remaining Chicken and Vegetable Salad ingredients and remaining Citrus Dressing just before serving.
