Chopped Chicken Fattoush Salad

  1. Citrus Dressing: Whisk ingredients until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Chicken and Vegetable Salad: Coat chicken with shawarma seasoning.
  4. Grill on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min.

  6. Coarsely chop chicken.
  7. Brush pita breads with 1/4 cup of the Citrus Dressing (or with 1 Tbsp.

  9. Grill on medium-high heat 45 sec.

  11. Coarsely chop bread.
  12. Combine chicken, chopped bread, remaining Chicken and Vegetable Salad ingredients and remaining Citrus Dressing just before serving.
