Ginger Tea Sauce

  1. Remove the strings form the bags, or use loose tea in cheese cloth.
  2. Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Strain.
  7. Allow to cool.
