Lemon Berry Parfaits

  1. Chop 9 of the cookies.
  2. Cut remaining 3 cookies in half; set aside for garnish.
  3. Pour milk into large bowl.
  4. Add pudding mix.
  5. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  6. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  7. Spoon about 1 Tbsp.
  8. each of the chopped cookies and blueberries into each of 6 dessert dishes.
  9. Top each with about 3 Tbsp.
  10. pudding mixture.
  11. Repeat all layers.
  12. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  13. Garnish with reserved cookie halves just before serving.
