Lemon Berry Parfaits
- 12 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Lemon Creme Sandwich Cookies, divided
- 2 cups cold fat-free milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 1 cup blueberries, divided
- Chop 9 of the cookies.
- Cut remaining 3 cookies in half; set aside for garnish.
- Pour milk into large bowl.
- Add pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spoon about 1 Tbsp.
- each of the chopped cookies and blueberries into each of 6 dessert dishes.
- Top each with about 3 Tbsp.
- pudding mixture.
- Repeat all layers.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Garnish with reserved cookie halves just before serving.
