Apple cupcakes

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup caster sugar
• 1/2 cup apple puree/ apple juice
• 1 tsp apple essence (totally optional)

1. In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
2. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar together.
3. Now beat in eggs, one by one.
4. And add the essence.
5. Now mix the apple puree / apple juice and beat well.
6. Fold in the dry ingredients.
7. Add it to the cupcake moulds.
8. Tap to level.
9. And bake for 20-23 minutes on 190 degrees .
