Bonnymill Baked Eggs Recipe
- 16 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. half & half
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. diced ham or possibly cooked, crumbled sausage
- 1 tbsp. minced chives
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Beat Large eggs in large bowl; add in remaining ingredients.
- Beat well; pour into an oiled 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees till mix is set and top is golden brown, about 45 min.
- Yield 10-12 servings.
