Vegetarian Spring Rolls Recipe

  1. Shred carrots and cabbage.
  2. Add in beansprouts.
  3. Soak soy in a little bit of water untill damp.
  4. Add in soy to mix; salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Wrap into spring roll sheets and then fry in oil.
  6. Delicious with a soy sauce and white vinegar dip.
