Beer Rice Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place all ingredients in a 2 1/2-qt casserole dish lightly coated with cooking spray or possibly oil.
  2. Cover and bake till all liquid is absorbed, about 1 1/4 hrs.
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
