Banana Sour Cream Cake

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then bananas and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
  3. Gradually stir into cream mixture.
  4. Blend in sour cream. Stir in oats and pecans.
  5. Turn into greased and floured 9-cup Bundt pan.
  6. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
  7. Unmold.
  8. Drizzle with lemon-flavored confectioners sugar glaze.
  9. Serve warm.
