The Hirshfield

• 1 orange wedge
• Unsweetened cocoa powder
• Ice
• 2 ounces chocolate vodka
• 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
• 1/2 ounce dark creme de cacao
• 1/4 ounce Grand Marnier
• 1 orange twist

1. Moisten half of the outer rim of a martini glass with the orange wedge and coat lightly with cocoa powder.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and shake well.
4. Strain into the prepared martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.
