Chocolate Chip Cookie Healthy Single Serving Fix
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon Sweet 'n Low
- 12 teaspoon peanut butter
- 14 teaspoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon cashews
- water
- Preheat pan to medium heat.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Add water until its consistency is between cookie and pancake.
- Spray pan .
- Spread batter into pan to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cook till it solidifies enough to flip (mine crumbled a little on edges, but the rest held together quite well) about 2 minutes.
- Cook other side maybe a minute.
- Enjoy.
