The Golden Ratio for Instant and Delicious Cafe au Lait

• 150 ml Milk (whole milk)
• 50 ml Water
• 3 tsp Instant coffee
• 2 tsp Sugar

1. Fill the cup with milk and water.
2. Float the instant coffee granules on top.
3. Add sugar.
4. Do not mix.
5. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W. It's ready when it starts to smell like burnt coffee!

7. Here it is microwaved for a bit longer.
8. Stir vigorously, and there you have a beautiful cafe au lait!
