Baked Kabocha with Cheese
- 1 Mixed cheese, as needed
- 1 Panko, as needed
- 1 cm -wide chunks, Kabocha squash
- Cut the kabocha into 1cm pieces, wrap and microwave until soft.
- (1 minute at 500w)
- Cut the softened kabocha into suitable sizes.
- Put in an aluminum cup and top with cheese and panko.
- Bake in the toaster for 4 minutes until the cheese has melted and the panko are golden.
