Baked Kabocha with Cheese

  1. Cut the kabocha into 1cm pieces, wrap and microwave until soft.
  2. (1 minute at 500w)
  3. Cut the softened kabocha into suitable sizes.
  4. Put in an aluminum cup and top with cheese and panko.
  5. Bake in the toaster for 4 minutes until the cheese has melted and the panko are golden.
