Steamed Moist Chicken in a Microwave

  1. Place the chicken tenderloin on a plate.
  2. Marinate with sake, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Tightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 - 2 minutes at 500 W.
  4. After microwaving, it's easy to tear it apart by hand.
  5. I used this chicken for fresh spring rolls.
  6. You can use this chicken in many different dishes such as udon noodles and pho.
