Steamed Moist Chicken in a Microwave
- 1 Chicken tenderloin
- 1 tbsp Sake (water)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Place the chicken tenderloin on a plate.
- Marinate with sake, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Tightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 - 2 minutes at 500 W.
- After microwaving, it's easy to tear it apart by hand.
- I used this chicken for fresh spring rolls.
- You can use this chicken in many different dishes such as udon noodles and pho.
