Orange Glazed Baby Carrots
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 34 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground mace
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 14 cup water
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high until carrots are crisp tender, about 3 hours.
- Stir in combined cornstarch and water and cook 2-3 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
