Wild Rice, Bacon & Cheddar Frittata
- 1 cup cooked wild rice
- 8 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup finely chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Press rice onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs, water and pepper in medium bowl until blended.
- Add bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and tomatoes; mix well.
- Pour over rice; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
