Good Morning Cheese Grits

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir peppers and onions in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Place in medium bowl.
  5. Add cooked grits, 3/4 cup cheese and salt; stir until blended.
  6. Add eggs; mix well.
  7. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake 30 min.
  9. or until center is set.
  10. Let stand 10 min.
  11. before serving.
