Shoestring Asian Salad

  1. Cut cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, red onions, carrots and peppers into julienne sticks; place in large bowl.
  2. Add cabbage, green onions and cilantro; mix lightly.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.
  4. Add to vegetable mixture; toss to coat.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
