90 Minute Dinner Rolls Recipe

  1. Mix 3/4 c. flour, sugar, salt, and undissolved yeast.
  2. Heat lowfat milk, water, and oleo till hot (120-130F).
  3. Gradually add in to dry ingredients.
  4. Beat 2 min at medium speed.
  5. Add in 1/4 c. flour.
  6. Beat at high speed for 2 min.
  7. Stir in sufficient additional flour to make a soft smooth dough.
  8. Knead till smooth.
  9. Divide dough into 12 equal pcs.
  10. Shape into balls and arrange in a greased 8" round pan.
  11. Cover rolls.
  12. Place in a draft free hot place.
  13. Let rise to double in bulk.
  14. Bake at 375F for 20-25 min.
