Irish Eyes Godiva Cake

  1. Preheat oven 325.
  2. Grease and flour bundt pan.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts on bottom.
  4. Mix all the other ingredients at low speed until combined and then on high for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour into bundt pan and tap gently to release large bubbles.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
  7. Let cake rest for 5 minutes and invert.
  8. Poke cake gently with skewer.
  9. Pour glaze slowly until it is completely absorbed.
  10. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
  11. Cake is even better the next day.
