Braised Bulgur And Cabbage Recipe

  2. In large saucepan, add in bulgur, onion, cabbage and carrots to small amount of broth or possibly water and cook stirring, till the vegetables begin to soften, about 1 minute.

  4. Add in the 1 1/2 c. of broth and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer till bulgur is tender and broth is absorbed, about 10 to 15 min.
  6. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce.
  7. 3.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley if you like.
