Crowd-Servin' Cheesy Omelette Bake
- 8 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices, divided Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 12 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 4 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 cups milk
- Cut 4 Kraft Singles diagonally in half.
- Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; cover bottom with 6 bread slices.
- Top with layers of half each of the ham, broccoli and onions; cover with Kraft Singles triangles.
- Repeat layers of bread, ham, broccoli and onions.
- Refrigerate remaining Singles for later use.
- Whisk eggs and pepper in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
- Gradually beat in milk; pour over ingredients in baking dish.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Bake casserole, uncovered, 45 min.
- Cut remaining Singles diagonally in half; place over casserole.
- Bake 10 to 15 min.
- or until centre is set and Singles are melted.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting to serve.
