Pizza Ole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican processed cheese, cubed
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 1/4 c. pitted ripe olive slices
- Brown the meat; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, water and seasoning mix.
- Simmer 5 minutes,
- stirring occasionally.
- Add beans;
- mix lightly.
- Press dough onto bottom
- and
- sides
- of greased 12-inch pizza pan;
- prick with fork. Bake
- at 425u0b0 for 7 to 8 minutes until browned.
- Cover with
- meat
- mixture
- and cheese cubes.
- Continue baking until cheese
- is
- melted.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with
- guacamole if desired. Serves 4.
