Southwestern Black Bean Relish
- 3 qt. Canned black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1-1/2 qt. Frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1-1/2 qt. red peppers, finely chopped
- 3 cups green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- Toss beans, corn, red peppers and green onions in large bowl.
- Mix steak sauce, oil, lemon juice and cilantro with wire whisk until well blended.
- Pour over bean mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
