Reba'S Christmas Salad
- 1 small box lime Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 lb. marshmallows
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. whipped topping
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- Dissolve lime Jell-O in 1 cup of hot water.
- Add marshmallows, cream cheese and undrained pineapple.
- Beat mixture until lumps disappear.
- Cool.
- After mixture is cool, add celery, nuts, mayonnaise and whipped topping.
- Pour into shallow pan or dish; refrigerate until firm.
- Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
- Refrigerate just until cooled.
- Pour strawberry Jell-O on top of first mixture that has set.
- Allow to cool.
- Store in the refrigerator.
