Orange Glazed Chicken

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken tenders with mixture.
  3. brown chicken in oil in skillet
  4. Spread marmalade and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  5. Add orange juice, simmer for 10-15 minutes until juices run clear.
