Orange Glazed Chicken
- 3/8 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips (or tenderloins)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 tsp orange marmalade
- 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 cups orange juice
- Combine flour, salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken tenders with mixture.
- brown chicken in oil in skillet
- Spread marmalade and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Add orange juice, simmer for 10-15 minutes until juices run clear.
