Whole red Snapper BBQ
- 1 pinch garam masala powder
- 1 pinch nut meg powder
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 medium lemon juice
- 1 medium red snapper
- 3 tbsp yogart
- mix all the ingredient together
- then merinade the fish for half an hour in freezer
- preheat oven to 180c
- rap the fish tightly with the aluminium foil
- at the oven bake it for one hour
- after one hour u can leave it there for few minutes tomake crispy on the up side
- then surve it with white or yellow rice and garnish with lemon and coreander leafs
