Poppy Seed Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Boil Chicken Breasts
  3. While chicken is boiling, mix 1st three ingredients.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Crush Ritz crackers in separate bowl.
  6. Add the poppy seeds.
  7. After chicken is cooked, pull apart and add to soup/sour cream mixture.
  8. Next, melt butter and mix into cracker mixture.
  9. Layer soup mixture in bottom of 13x9 dish.
  10. Next add layer of cracker mixture.
  11. Repeat.
  12. Bake about 30 minutes or until it starts bubbling.
  13. Enjoy!
