Poppy Seed Chicken
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 2 Sleeves of Ritz Crackers
- 4 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 4 large Chicken Breasts
- 1 stick butter
- Preheat oven to 350
- Boil Chicken Breasts
- While chicken is boiling, mix 1st three ingredients.
- Set aside.
- Crush Ritz crackers in separate bowl.
- Add the poppy seeds.
- After chicken is cooked, pull apart and add to soup/sour cream mixture.
- Next, melt butter and mix into cracker mixture.
- Layer soup mixture in bottom of 13x9 dish.
- Next add layer of cracker mixture.
- Repeat.
- Bake about 30 minutes or until it starts bubbling.
- Enjoy!
