Broccoli Lasagna 1 Recipe

  1. Combine flour and 1/2 c. lowfat milk till smooth.
  2. Add in remaining lowfat milk and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook till thickened, about 1 minute.
  4. Take of heat; stir in nutmeg, salt, pepper, Parmesan and Tabasco.
  5. Set aside 1 c. for topping.
  6. Put 2 layers of noodles in bottom of 13X9X2" baking dish.
  7. Cover with half the broccoli, 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, and half the white sauce.
  8. Repeat.
  9. Top with a single layer of noodles and reserved white sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese.
  11. Bake at 350F.
  12. 35 min.
  13. Let cold 15 min before serving.
