Appetizer Shrimp Kabobs

  1. Peel shrimp and devein, if desired.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients, except shrimp, in a shallow dish. Set aside.
  4. Arrange shrimp on 6-inch bamboo skewers and place in marinade, turning to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
  6. Place shrimp on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan.
  7. Broil 6-inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
  9. Yields about 3 dozen.
