Garden Salad With Honeyed Popcorn

  1. For the dressing process all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Steam asparagus 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Drain and refresh in cold water.
  4. Place lettuce leaves on serving platter.
  5. Lay cut avocado, mango, asparagus and cucumbers on top.
  6. Just before serving put on the cranberries, pour over the dressing and then add the caramel popcorn.
