Windy City Burger
- 1 cup kraft barbecue sauce
- 12 lb ground beef
- 12 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
- 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
- 14 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
- cheese
- 4 garlic bread, slices toasted
- Combine 2 Tbs.
- barbecue sauce and meat, mix well.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Combine remaining sauce and other ingredients, heat throughly stirring occasionally.
- Cook meat till done.
- Top garlic bread with a patty and heated barbecue mixture.
