Sauce Salade (Salad dressing)

  1. Put mustard, egg yolk and garlic into mixing bowl.
  2. Using wire whisk, start beating mixture.
  3. Beat in vinegar, vermouth and Tabasco.
  4. Gradually add oil, beating vigorously.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
