American Grouper With Plum And Lemon Juice And Dill Recipe

  1. Season fillets of grouper with salt and pepper and coat with corn meal.
  2. In a saute/fry pan heat oil, and saute/fry grouper for 3 min on each side, or possibly till done.
  3. Relish:Combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Plum and Lemon Juice with Dill:Combine and spoon over grouper.
