- 3 cups Popped Popcorn
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows Plus A Few Extra
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 6 pieces 5-ounce Capacity Plastic Cups
- 6 pieces Popsicle (sticks)
- Simple and easy.
- Pop your popcorn and set aside.
- Lightly spray your plastic cups with cooking spray and set them aside too.
- In saucepan over low heat melt butter and then add marshmallows.
- Remove from heat and pour over popcorn, add chocolate chips and throw in some extra marshmallows at this point if youd like.
- Now gently stir until completely coated.
- Using buttered hands, pack them into the prepared cups and insert popsicle stick.
- Pack them in tightly.
- I then added a few more marshmallows at the top of the cup while everything was still sticky (see photo).
- Let them set up.
- Remove them from the cups when you are ready to serve.
- This made 6 (5-ounce) popcorn pops.
