Roquefort Cheese Ring
- 12 lb Roquefort cheese
- 12 cup salad dressing
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 12 cup heavy cream, whipped stiffly
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 14 cup cold water
- Mash the Roquefort cheese and mix well with the cottage cheese.
- Season with the salt to taste.
- Add the Tabasco sauce and the Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Add the dressing and the whipped cream.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water and add to the mixture.
- Place the mixture in a mold and set in the refrigerator for a few hours until stiff.
